Hyundai Unveils Sports Version of Elantra N TCR

Hyundai has announced a new sports version of its popular model, the Elantra — the Elantra N TCR, which is set to participate in international racing series. This variant is designed to meet all modern motorsport standards and will compete in TCR races, which involve touring cars. The new model boasts high performance levels and functionality, making it perfect for both amateur and professional drivers.
A standout feature of the Elantra N TCR is its robust 2.0-liter turbo engine, which produces around 350 horsepower. This engine complies with current FIA requirements and possesses exceptional characteristics. Additionally, the sports version features an upgraded suspension, a new transmission, and an enhanced control system, opening up opportunities for more aggressive and precise maneuvers on the track.
The exterior of the new Elantra N TCR significantly differs from the standard version: widened fenders, aggressive bumpers, and expanded wheels contribute to the car’s attractiveness and aerodynamic design. Inside, there are also changes: sport seats, a racing steering wheel, and a redesigned dashboard provide the driver with essential information in an accessible format.
Hyundai emphasizes that the new model will be available not only to professional teams but also to motorsport enthusiasts, making the Elantra N TCR competitive in the market and appealing to its target audience. Sales are slated to begin next year, and the manufacturer is already accepting pre-orders from interested drivers and teams.
